Overview
In the notes of Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence, we have given two types of notes namely Handwritten notes and Standard notes.
Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence notes were intended to give a fundamental understanding of significant legislation concerning pharmaceuticals across India.

Pharmacy Act –1948:
Goals Descriptions the Pharmacy Council of India, its constitution & functions & regulations for education, states & state joint councils for pharmacy as well as constitutions & the functions of Registration of Pharmacists. Penalties & offense
Preparation of Toilet & Medicinal Products: Act of 1955 Goals, Definitions, & Licenses manufacturing in bond & outside bond exports of alcohol-based products & the manufacture of Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, Patent, & Proprietary Products. Penalties & infractions.
Drugs that are narcotic as well as Psychotropic substances: Act 1985, & Rules for Objectives, Definitions, & Authorities & Officers. Constitution & the duties of the Narcotics as well as the Psychotropic Consultative Committee, National Fund for Controlling the Drug Abuse, Prohibition, Control & Regulation & Regulation of poppy cultivation for opium & the poppy straw production process manufacturing & selling & exporting of poppy straw & opium Penalties.

National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority: The Medicines Price Control Order (DPCO)from 2013.
